SUS 304 Fermenter & Condenser: Our alcohol still comprises a 30 L/ 8 Gal barrel and a new-style condenser. All the parts coming into contact with food ingredients, water, and liquors adopt 304 stainless steel, durable to use and easy to clean. It can distill about 16.5 lbs/7.5 kg raw materials at one time and produce 11 lbs/5 kg liquors (alcohol content: 50%), perfectly meeting the demand of family or friend gatherings. Efficient Condensation Treatment: Our home still kit provides an efficient condensation treatment with the new-style condenser. The open-type cooling method creates a larger contact area with the coolant (around 186 sq. in.) and a lower temperature for the distilled product. The hot & cold separation layer in the middle provides faster cooling and purer liquors. And the seamlessly welded 6-lap stainless coil also ensures non-residual condensation. It can timely discharge the impurities such as Methanol, Acetaldehyde, Ethyl Acetate, etc.; thus, a purer liquor quality and better taste can be assured. With the new design and tight sealing, the possibility of coming into contact with oxygen is effectively reduced during the whole steaming process. The distilled product you receive is sure to be hygienic. Details & Complete Accessories: Thoughtful details bring a better experience. The arched lid, integrally formed & rust-proof, facilitates non-clogging steam rising. Stainless buckles and embedded sealing ring remain secure during the steaming process. The loop handles make it convenient to transport.
