Understanding your warranty To activate your warranty, please make sure you have registered your product online and keep hold of your proof of purchase in case you need to make a claim. If you register within 28 days of receiving your items, we will extend your standard warranty to four years from the date of purchase, at no extra cost. If you have any problems with your Ickle Bubba products, and they are still under warranty, we will provide a four-step aftercare service within five working days. You will need to contact us to explain the issue. The retailer will then liaise with us on your behalf. Please note: The warranty applies in the country of purchase only. It is non-transferable, so will only apply to the first owner. A four year warranty is not available on our nursery bedding and interior ranges, however, if you have a problem with your nursery items, they can be returned at any point within 90 days, along with proof of purchase.
