Investigators believe the final recorded moments may have captured the masked individual disconnecting the device itself. With the camera taken offline, the last footage remained frozen on the server, allowing authorities to later recover it through advanced access methods.

While officials have not confirmed the identity of the person shown in the video, sources say the footage has significantly narrowed the focus of the investigation. Law enforcement has also reportedly detained a person of interest for questioning, though no charges have been announced.
